As the owner of an old Juno 106 that is still in good shape, I have, however, noticed some buttons and sliders starting to act up.
It's virtually impossible to change certain parameters without getting a buzzing through the speakers. I took a chance on the $20 for this, and so far have been able to control my Juno pretty ably from my Mac through MIDI. I was able to back up my old library of sounds and download the original Roland library from the developers website. Everything has been working very smoothly. Editing sounds and parameters is very responsive. No frills and extras - just the main editing board emulated on my desktop - which is perfect. FYI, this is not a sound emulator, nor is it of any use to anyone who does not already own a Juno-106! It does not do anything if an actual Juno is not hooked up to it!
